Shipping policy

Orders shipped from the UK domestically are shipped using Royal Mail first class post and overseas using International Standard mail.

Orders shipped from Finland are shipped using Posti.

We aim to ship from the most economical location for the customer and this will be determined by your address when ordering, our system automatically charges postage from the nearest VHB location to you.  

Finnish postage rates are very expensive and unfortunately as a small business we cannot compete with giant companies who have massive courier discounts.   

Postage rates from the UK on the other hand are a lot cheaper, but if you are within the EU, you might get a customs fee on delivery.   

In either case, please allow 7-14 days for dispatch.  If we are on tour, it might take a bit longer!
